He is a Pakistani actor, performer, choreographer and director of international calibre. He acquired bachelors in acting from TAFE Australia.

His training in professional dance from Hands Heart Feet dance company, Sydney Dance Center, Dance Central, and Mango dance studio led to establishing Eastern Flavaz Dance Company in 2003 from Sydney.

He has choreographed projects for some of the heavy weights of Bollywood industry including AR Rehman, Sonu Nigam, Balvinder Safri, Usha Uttup, Merchants of Bollywood (asst. Vaibhavy Merchant) and many more. In 2006, Sufi festival marked his presence in Pakistan; and ever since he has choreographed for every international performing arts festival held in Pakistan.

His trademark contemporary sufi dance style has set benchmarks and is regarded as the identity of modern dance from Pakistan.

Wahab Shah’s International portfolio includes performances, choreography, and workshops in Australia, Uk, Spain, Norway, France and India. His ability to multitask and his creative eye earned him over 20 of the biggest musicals in Pakistan as a Director of choreography and Production Designer. These include Sabz, Bombay Dreams, Phantom of the Opera, Come Again & many more. He is the most sought after director of choreography of the country.

Filmography: Award winning film Main Hoon Shahid Afreedi (2013) launched Wahab Shah’s film career with over 12 movies as an actor and choreographer.
